Lacuna Coil - Reveal New Album Title, Coming In 2016

After a few months of hard work, Lacuna Coil have announced the first details regarding their new album. To follow Broken Crown Halo, the Italian group will release Delirium next year on their label Century Media Records. More details are currently under wraps but fans can start anticipating the new release. Judging by some pictures posted on their Facebook page, Lacuna Coil have been recording the album since November.

Cult Of Luna - Announce 'Somewhere Along The Highway' Anniversary Tour

As it turns out, Roadburn 2016 will not be the only place fans will be able to hear Cult Of Luna's classic Somewhere Along The Highway played live in its entirety. The Swedish post-metallers will embark on a European tour next year where they will also revisit and play the record from start to finish to celebrate its 10th anniversary. UK's metalcore outfit Bury Tomorrow has shared some new music. "Memories" is the next track from the impending studio album, Earthbound, that you get to hear. Megadeth - To Tour With Suicidal Tendencies, Children Of Bodom & Havok

Megadeth have just announced that they will team up with Suicidal Tendencies, Children Of Bodom and Havok for a North American tour in early 2016. The four-band package which will launch on February 20th in Dallas, Texas and wrap on March 24th in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, will mark Megadeth's first USA run of dates in support of its new album, Dystopia, slated for release on January 22nd. Grammy Awards - Best Metal Performance Nominations

The nominations for the 58th annual Grammy Awards were announced today. For the Best Metal Performance category you have five nominees. Those include Swedes Ghost, August Burns Red, Lamb Of God, Sevendust and Slipknot. Slipknot are nominated for the second year in a row for the same record, .5: The Gray Chapter albeit for a different song. At least they didn't nominate a cover this year, right? Venomous Concept - New Song Streaming Online

Hardcore punk outfit Venomous Concept featuring Kevin Sharp and Dan Lilker (ex-Brutal Truth), Shane Embury and Danny Herrera (Napalm Death), and John Cooke (Corrupt Moral Altar), will release their new album, Kick Me Silly - VC III on January 8th via Season Of Mist. Christ Agony - Tomasz Bonarowski Dies

Polish black metallers Christ Agony have recently announced that former guest keyboardist Tomasz Bonarowski (also a guest drummer on Acid Drinkers) has sadly passed away. Apart from being a keyboardist, he was also a drummer and a producer. In fact, he was the sound engineer/ co-producer of Christ Agony album's Unholyunion and Daemoonseth - Act II. He was 46. R.I.P.

Immortal - Comment On Band Conflict

The remaining members of Immortal have talked about the trademark case which was closed by "Patentstyret" (Norway's Patent Office) in November 2015. Guitarist/lyricist Demonaz and drummer Horgh can now share their side of the story for the first time. Former frontman Abbath Doom Occulta has formed his own project Abbath after he left the Norwegian metallers saying at the time that he attempted to secure exclusive rights to the band's name and logo because he thought Horgh and Demonaz had quit the band. Now Demonaz and Horgh claim that the conflict was due to personal problems and that Abbath ruined the band's progress.

Omnium Gatherum - Unveil New Album Cover And More

Omnium Gatherum have finally revealed all about their new album. While previously fans got to hear a new single called "Skyline", the Finns have now revealed the details of Beyond's successor. Children Of Bodom - New Gigs Announced

Children Of Bodom have announced a new show in Belgium after their previous show in Brussels was cancelled "due to the current unstable situation despite the best efforts of the venue and the organizer." They have confirmed a show in Kortrijk, Belgium for November 29th instead. Children Of Bodom are joined by Sylosis on this European tour which they decided to continue on despite Lamb Of God's cancellation.

Cult Of Luna - To Play 'Somewhere Along The Highway' At Roadburn 2016

Cult Of Luna will be celebrating 10 years of one of their crowning jewels, 2006's classic Somewhere Along The Highway. And they will do that by performing the entire record at Roadburn 2016 in The Netherlands. The band performed at both the 2008 and 2013 editions of Roadburn and are among the most requested bands. Cult Of Luna will be playing the album in full at the 013 venue on Thursday, April 14th, 2016.

Dark Funeral - New Album Coming In 2016

With the release of the Nail Them To The Cross single earlier this year, Swedish black metal masters, Dark Funeral, are now preparing the release of their next studio album. And it will happen in 2016 at last. Angelus Exuro Pro Eternus, their previous album, was released in the distant year of 2009. Last year, they introduced new vocalist Heljarmadr and bassist Natt. The black metallers will enter the studio early next year and record the new material.

Pomegranate Tiger - Stream New Song

Yes, Pomegranate Tiger is releasing a new album! The Canadian prog/djent outfit saw their last album Entities make it to the Metal Storm Awards 2013 on the Best Djent / Math Metal category and this December they will release Boundless. Their second album drops on December 11th and the first song available is called "Cyclic". It's from their forthcoming album and Martin Andres recorded a playthrough video for it.
