Wormed - New Album Coming In March 2016

After entering the studio earlier this year, the technical death metal powerhouse Wormed just announced the release date for their new album and more! Krighsu will be the name of their third album to date and Season Of Mist will release it come March 18th, 2016. There is still a bit of waiting around to do but hopefully we will have more details revealed soon.

Goatlord - Former Member Murders Two, Commits Suicide

According to a report from Las Vegas Review Journal, former Goatlord guitarist and founding member Joe Frankulin murdered two people before committing suicide a few weeks ago in Las Vegas. This horrifying and disturbing act happened in early October when Joe Frankulin murdered a woman and her son before fatally shooting himself.

Amaranthe - To Release Compilation

Swedish melodic metallers Amaranthe will release a special digital-only compilation of B-sides later this month on October 30th. Breaking Point - B-Sides 2011-2015 will feature eight tracks, six of those being acoustic renditions. Amaranthe will return to the U.S. this fall on an epic headline tour with Butcher Babies in tow.

Blood Feast - Ink New Record Deal, To Release Comeback Album

US death trashers Blood Feast has inked a record deal with Hells Headbangers for the release of the band's third full-length album, The Future State Of Wicked. This will be their comeback album release, first after 1989' Chopping Block Blues. The band is currently finishing up The Future State Of Wicked at LCBW Recording in Watchung, New Jersey. A release is expected next year. More details will be unveiled soon.

Pantera - Two Compilations On The Way

Two new compilations are coming from Pantera this year! History Of Hostility, a nine-track Pantera primer that includes some of Pantera's most legendary tracks from five studio albums, will be released on CD and LP on October 30th, just in time for Halloween. The influential metal band disbanded back in 2003, followed by the untimely death of guitar genius Dimebag Darrell in 2004 but the other members are involved in other bands. Their music, however, lives on.

Rush - Stream Song From R40 Live

Canadian prog rock legends Rush have revealed their first offering from the forthcoming R40 Live concert film ? "Roll The Bones", a song from their fourteenth studio album Roll The Bones that was originally released in 1991. This "R40 Live" version of "Roll The Bones" was recorded in the band's hometown of Toronto on June 17th and June 19th during the sold-out shows at the Air Canada Centre on the "R40 Live" tour.
