Finally, Lamb Of God's vocalist Randy Blythe has been released from prison. A spokesperson for the Czech prison Randy was being held at confirmed that he was released yesterday afternoon. The Prague Municipal Court's ruling against the prosecutor of the Prague 8 District Court was made on Thursday afternoon behind closed doors.

Melodic death metallers Fragments Of Unbecoming have revealed the tracklist from their new upcoming album entitled The Art Of Coming Apart. Anthrax's drummer Charlie Benante was reportedly arrested this last Friday night on domestic battery in front of a child. Benante and wife were allegedly arrested at the Hilton Garden Inn in Elkhart Indiana after arguing in front of their daughter, age 6.

According to a local report from WSBT.com, the two were arrested and picked up at the Hilton Garden Inn and both were subsequently released from jail the next day. Benante's booking form shows a court date set for this Friday, Aug. 3rd.

UPDATE on 17.07.2012: [Thanks to Ace Frawley] According to Czech news site iDNES.cz, a Prague Municipal Court has now dismissed the prosecutor's complaint to deny Blythe bail with the intent of blocking his release. However, the cost of Blythe's bail has been doubled, from $200,000 to $400,000. Moreover, the prosecutor can file another complaint against the latest decision, which would further delay Blythe's release even if he does pay the $400,000. So, there is no telling when this will stop.
