Kreator - Co-Headlining North American Tour With Overkill
Returning to North America for the second run in support of their thirteenth studio album Phantom Antichrist, German thrash overlords Kreator will launch a co-headlining tour this fall with New York thrashers Overkill through the U.S. and Canada. Opening each night will be California's Warbringer in a tour rightfully dubbed Legends Of Thrash Tour.

Overkill - Drop Off Dark Roots Of Thrash Tour
Sad news for the Overkill fans in the US. Unfortunately, the band was forced to cancel the remaining shows on the Dark Roots Of Thrash Tour in February due to an illness in the band. Vocalist Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth is suffering from pneumonia. However, Overkill promise that after some time for recovery they will be back out in the spring for their Northern European tour.

Overkill - To Tour Northern Europe In April/May 2013
US thrash veterans Overkill have announced their first Northern Europe run in a long time, also including several dates in Finland where the band hasn't really toured in almost 30 years. The tour is scheduled for April/May next year and all of the dates can be seen below.

Overkill - The Electric Age Tour To Replace Killfest 2
US thrash metal veterans Overkill have rebranded their forthcoming US tour The Electric Age Tour, which now will feature God Forbid, Diamond Plate and Suidakra as support acts. It was originally dubbed the Killfest 2 when it was announced last October but the bands started dropping off of the tour. Belphegor, Aborted, Blackguard and System Divide all dropped out for different reasons.

Overkill - New Album Title And Cover Art Revealed
US thrash metallers Overkill have announced that The Electric Age will be the title of the band's upcoming album, due to be released on March 27th via eOne Music and March 30th in Europe via Nuclear Blast Records. The Electric Age was recorded and mixed at Gain Studios in New Jersey, owned and operated by bassist D.D. Verni. This will be the band's follow-up to 2010's Ironbound.

Veteran thrashers Overkill have announced their first ever appearances on Australian soil. The band will be touring along the East coast for three dates in September. The tour is part of their Killfest 2010 25th Anniversary World Tour which has been through Europe and the USA. Supporting Overkill will be the experienced Australian Thrash Metallers Mortal Sin. Overkill - US Killfest Tour With Vader, God Dethroned, Warbringer, Evile
NJ Thrash legends Overkill have announced their signature 25th Anniversary tour entitled Killfest 2010. The tour will span the length of the US, hitting spots in Canada with one final show at New York City's Nokia Theater. Support duties coming from Vader, God Dethroned, Warbringer, Evile and Woe Of Tyrants.

Overkill have signed to Nuclear Blast Records for a multi-release deal (world excl. North America). The first offering will be available early 2010 titled Ironbound - a true "thrasher-piece".
Vocalist Bobby Blitz commented: "Good to be with a label that understands what Overkill are about and what metal is about in 2010, exciting!"
Jaap Wagemaker, A&R adds: "Nuclear Blast is very stoked to announce the signing of legendary New Jersey thrashers Overkill!! Growing up with classics such as Feel The Fire, Taking Over and The Years Of Decay and seeing the band countless times playing live it is sure to say that one of our favourite bands of all time has finally found their home at the powerhouse that Nuclear Blast is today. We are very much looking forward to start working with Overkill and are eager to release their new album Ironbound to the masses. A new album on which they have returned to their old school thrash roots. The band is already working on a new European tour for 2010. Welcome to the Nuclear Family."

"Overkill is happy to announce they have signed a new deal with E1/Koch Records for N. America (the band's forthcoming album will be released in the rest of the world via Nuclear Blast Records).
The band just finished mixing with Peter Tagtgren and the helm.
The title will be Ironbound. Release is set for late January/early February 2010.
Touring is being set up starting in February in Europe and will continue the entire year.
With shows in South America in March and a US Tour starting on April 1st in Philadelphia and ending on May 1st with a big 25th Anniversary show in New York City at the Nokia Theater. We have lots of plans to make that a special celebration show for everyone."
