Pavlov's Dawgs will be released on September 30, 2022 via Reaper Entertainment. Once again the album was recorded at Gernhard Studio in Troisdorf/Germany in collaboration with producer Martin Buchwalter. The cover artwork was created by Patrick Strogulski.

Tankard bassist Frank Thorwart recently gave WV Music an update on the band's long-awaited 20th studio album, which is currently being recorded and scheduled for release this year. Veteran British metallers Tank will release their new album, Re-Ignition, on April 26th via Cleopatra Records (Rubicon Music in Japan). The LP is a tribute to the early days of Tank and features 11 classic songs chosen from the first four albums which were originally released in the early '80s: "Filth Hounds Of Hades", "Power Of The Hunter", "This Means War" and "Honour And Blood". Re-Ignition also features two very special guest appearances, Dani Filth and thrash legend Tom Angelripper.

It's for the song "Schwarz-weiß wie Schnee", taken from the identically named EP, which was re-released in 2017 via Nuclear Blast. The the track has been performed three times by the band before the German football cup final (2006, 2017 & 2018) in which their hometown team Eintracht Frankfurt participated.

German thrash metal legends Tankard have just released an official animated video for the track "Don't Bullshit Us", taken from the latest studio release, One Foot In The Grave. The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia spent the last 13 weeks working on the video, resulting in a hilariously funny animated short. Producers Aaron McLoughlin & Simon Norton spent around 3000 working hours with their team to create the video. Watch it now below.

We all know that System Of A Down hasn't released an album since 2005's Mezmerize and Hypnotize and while there's been talks of new material in the works, it seems like it never comes to fruition. Now, vocalist Serj Tankian has posted an open letter to fans following an interview that guitarist/singer Daron Malakian did with Kerrang! magazine regarding the band's inability to record a new album. Serj Tankian has responded citing artistic differences, equal publishing split claims and other major revelations regarding the hiatus.
