Rebellion - Cancel Hamburg Concert, Release Video

After Germans Rebellion shared some news about their upcoming new album, sadly now the proud warriors will have to withdraw from battle. The power metallers announced that their Hamburg concert won't happen after all. Motörhead - Guitarist Fast Eddie Clarke Dies

More metal legends are leaving us. Legendary guitarist Fast Eddie, real name Edward Allan Clarke, has died, two years after Lemmy passed. He played in Motörhead between 1976-1982 and also Fastway. Fast Eddie was part of the band's classic lineup, which also included drummer Philthy "Animal" Taylor, who died in November 2015 of liver failure. The guitarist died at 67 years old in the hospital where he was being treated for pneumonia.

Cradle Of Filth - Australian Tour Confirmed

American hardcore/metalcore act Sworn Enemy just recently posted online that their former drummer Pauly "No Neck" Antignani has lost his life. However, the cause of death wasn't disclosed. He passed away young. Condolences to his friends and family.

Hallatar - Announce Finnish Tour

Finnish doom metal sensation Hallatar, which was born out of the mourning for the loss of Aleah Starbridge, will now invade some home country clubs. The band who released last year the acclaimed debut, No Stars Upon The Bridge, which was based on the lyrics and poems of Aleah Starbridge, will tour in Finland in February and March.

Spiritus Mortis - Introduce New Vocalist

Finnish doom bringers Spiritus Mortis have announced that the vocal duties in the band have changed. Long-time frontman Sami Albert Hynninen will be replaced by Kimmo Perämäki of Celesty and Diesense. The group didn't explain why Sami left.

Power Trip - Confirm North American Tour

American thrashers Power Trip confirm an extensive headlining tour across North America. Supporting them on road will be Sheer Mag, Fury and Red Death. Among others, Power Trip will also perform on several festivals - Welcome To Rockville, Fort Rock Festival, Carolina Rebellion, Rock On The Range, Modified Ghosts Festival. October Tide - Special Show Announced

Swedish death/doomsters October Tide just announced a special show at their hometown of Avesta. This small and intimate show will take place on Saturday January 27th. October Tide will play this gig before heading to Florida to play the 70000 Tons Of Metal cruise along with Sepultura, Kreator, Meshuggah, Metal Church and many others. They will also perform at the Danish Nocturnefest.

The new year has arrived but now we have the first metal loss of 2018. Claus Graf-Reinholdt aka Bubi the Schmied from Zed Yago (also Velvet Viper, Reactive Black, and Jutta Weinhold) has passed away. German musician Jutta Weinhold announced the sad news on her Facebook page. R.I.P.
