Dokken - Classic Lineup Reunites
The classic lineup of American metallers Dokken will reunite for 6 shows in Japan. Frontman Don Dokken confirmed the rumours that he and longtime drummer Mick Brown have booked a handful of Japanese shows with former guitarist George Lynch and bassist Jeff Pilson. However, this reunion will be short-lived. Money convinced them to reunite temporarily.

Led Zeppelin - Win 'Stairway To Heaven' Jury Trial
As previously reported here and here, Led Zeppelin have been under fire and were accused of stealing the opening notes of their most famous song, "Stairway To Heaven," from the band Spirit. But now they have won the lawsuit. A Los Angeles jury has decided the band did not steal the opening to its classic anthem "Stairway To Heaven" from the album Led Zeppelin IV.

Vader - New Album Pushed Back, Reveal EP Cover

Unfortunately, the Polish death metal veteran maniacs have pushed back the release date of their new studio album, The Empire, to November 4th from the previously announced September 23rd via Nuclear Blast. Helloween - Cancel Japanese Tour Due To Drummer's Illness
Helloween have unfortunately been forced to cancel their Japanese tour due to the sudden illness of drummer Daniel Löble. The German power metallers were set to play five shows in Japan this month but in the morning hours of June 14th, their drummer was hospitalized with an appendix breakthrough. He underwent an emergency surgery and his doctors have strongly advised him to "rest for several weeks." However, they are working on rescheduling the dates.

Deep Purple - Cancels Two Swedish Shows
British hard rockers Deep Purple have canceled the two shows they were scheduled to play in Sweden this week (Tuesday, June 14th at Gröna Lund in Stockholm and Wednesday, June 15th at Liseberg in Gothenburg) after one of the band members became ill. No further details have yet been made available by the group neither did they release any statement about it so far.
