Steelwing - Unveil New Album Artwork

Just a few days after they announced a new album, the Swedish metallers Steelwing unveil the cover artwork of their upcoming album Reset, Reboot, Redeem. The record is due for release on November 20th. It was recorded, mixed and co-produced by Swedish death metal legend Fred Estby (Necronaut, The Dagger, ex-Dismember) at Gutterview Recorders, with additional parts recorded by Nicko DiMarino in Deep Blue Studios where the band's early sound was once formed. The artwork was created by Swedish artist Sandra Österberg Brolin. Take a look at the piece below.

Queensrÿche - Share New Video For 'Guardian'

Queensrÿche will release their new album, Condition Hüman, on October 2nd via Century Media. The album was recorded in part at Uberbeatz Studio in Washington with producer Chris "Zeuss" Harris. Now they have debuted the ripping new track "Guardian" which is the second taste of the new album after "Arrow Of Time". According to singer Todd La Torre, "Guardian" touches on the empowering qualities of strength in numbers, and how people can rise up to create real change. Enjoy the track!

Amaranthe - Announce North American Tour

Amaranthe will make their triumphant return to North America this fall for a headline tour. This marks the second time the band has toured throughout the U.S. and Canada in 2015, when they headlined alongside their Spinefarm labelmates in Santa Cruz. On this run, fans will enjoy the full Amaranthe experience, as it is their headline run. The tour in support of Massive Addictive starts October 29th in Atlanta and runs through November 29th in San Jose. Butcher Babies will provide direct support. Lullwater will open the show.

Vemod - Confirm First Performance Outside Of Europe

Norwegian black metallers Vemod have announced their first performance outside of Europe. They are among the latest bands announced for the Messe des Morts Festival in Montreal, Canada in late November and will perform for the first time in North America.

Finnish glam/hard rocker Michael Monroe, who was the singer of Hanoi Rocks, has shared online the video for ''Old King's Road". For the video, Monroe and band travelled to Brighton, on the UK's south coast and London, with director/photographer Ville Juurikkala. Grave - New Album Artwork Revealed

Swedish death metal veterans Grave have been preparing their new album, entitled Out Of Respect For The Dead. While the album will be out worldwide on the 16th of October 2015 via Century Media Records, the eerie artwork has now been revealed. It was again done by Costin Chioreanu, who has been responsible for the band's last three albums artworks as well as the Morbid Ascent EP.

Motörhead - More Gigs Cancelled

Motörhead's current North American tour is still not running smoothly. Because of frontman Lemmy Kilmister health issues, the metallers have had to cancel their Dallas and Houston appearances as well. Saxon still played in each city. Lemmy fully intends to resume touring duties as, and when, his doctors give him the all-clear. So, it is still unclear whether or not Motörhead will perform on the next shows on the tour. Keep an eye on the band's official websites for regular updates on that.

Morbus Chron - Call It A Day

It's a sad day for fans of the Swedish progressive/death metal quartet Morbus Chron. The promising band has unfortunately called it a day and announced that they are breaking up, having only released two full-length albums until now. You might recall particularly Sweven, which was nominated for Best Death Metal Album on Metal Storm Awards 2014. However surprising it may be, the band members have decided to go their separate ways.

Grave Digger - Stream Re-Recorded Song

Long-running German metallers Grave Digger will release a 35th anniversary album, Exhumation - The Early Years, on October 23rd. After three decades of making heavy metal, the band is heading back to the 80s and back to their roots! This upcoming release features re-recordings of their classics with a dynamic and powerful sound of today. Cauldron - New Album On The Way

Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Cauldron has signed with The End Records to release their long-awaited fourth studio album, titled In Ruin. The follow-up to Tomorrow's Lost is upon us. For the new album, the trio returned to the Lincoln County Social Club recording studio in Toronto, where they recorded two of their previous albums, including Burning Fortune (2011) and Tomorrow's Lost (2012).

Sjodogg - New Album Postponed

Norwegians Sjodogg released their latest album Ode To Obscurantism five years ago. However, there is a new album coming albeit not as soon as it was expected. According to the black metallers, there has been a slight delay in the release of their new album, Som en Øks i Hodet. They are in the process of making some minor adjustments to the sound production and remastering the album at the hands of Kjetil Ottersen.

Motörhead - Lemmy Stops Texas Show After Three Songs

It happened again. After their Utah show being stopped after a few songs, Motörhead's legendary frontman Lemmy Kilmister stopped the band's show in Austin, Texas last night again and admitted: "I can't do it." Motörhead had already cancelled their Riot Fest in Denver as well due to continued health issues of Lemmy Kilmister. At this point, it's fair to ask if it's healthy for Lemmy to even be playing live if he is not well. So far, things have not been going so well on their North American tour in support of Bad Magic.
