The veteran band just announced St. Demonius as the title of their brand new studio album that will be released on August 28th via Despotz Records. Girlschool - EP Coming, European Tour With Saxon, Motörhead

Legendary British metallers Girlschool are gearing up to tour North America for the first time in 20 years, and it's happening this May. Girlschool will be previewing tracks from its new album, Guilty As Sin, set for release later this summer via UDR Music and, as a special treat, will be selling a special-edition EP titled Propaganda!.

Cradle Of Filth have revealed the tracklist, formats and pre-order info for their forthcoming album Hammer Of The Witches. Cradle Of Filth only recently announced the completion, release and cover artwork for their new opus and 11th studio album. The symphonic/gothic metal group revealed now that Hammer Of The Witches will be released via jewelcase CD, limited edition digipak, mail order edition and 2LP vinyl formats. Burning Point - New Album Details Revealed

Finnish power metallers Burning Point are back and will release their new album, simply titled Burning Point, on June 12th (Europe) and July 7th (US) via AFM Records. Burning Point includes 5 brand new songs and 6 re-recorded tracks from the band's first three albums. In 2014, former Battle Beast vocalist Nitte Valo joined the band, so this the first release with her fronting Burning Point.

W.A.S.P. - New Tour Announced

W.A.S.P. will return to the UK and Ireland in September for a run of 10 dates, it has been confirmed. The heavy metal veterans recently signed a deal with Napalm Records for the release of their new album Golgotha, expected in the summer. Now they've announced they'll take to the road on The Bloody Road To Golgotha tour to promote the record. You can probably expect to hear new songs.

Europe - Release New Video Online

On the heels of their new album War Of Kings, the Swedes Europe have presented a new video. The band is currently on tour in the U.S. and later will be headed to Europe as well. "Days Of Rock 'N' Roll" is the brand new clip from the hard rockers Europe, and can be watched below. The clip was directed by Patric Ullaeus of Revolver Film Company.

Motörhead - Cancel Festival Performance Due To Lemmy's Health Issues

Motörhead's South American tour dates didn't begin on a high note, quite the contrary. The legendary band was forced to pull out of the Monsters Of Rock Festival in Brazil over the weekend. Bassist/vocalist Lemmy Kilmister came down ill just hours before and the band cancelled their performance, sadly for Brazilian fans. However, guitarist Phil Campbell and drummer Mikkey Dee did have a jam session with Sepultura members. The good news is that Lemmy is doing better now and the band will continue the South America dates.

Original Black Sabbath drummer Bill Ward announced he has been working on two solo albums Accountable Beasts and Beyond Aston. In fact, the new album Accountable Beasts has now arrived onto ITunes and is available for digital download here. This is Ward's first solo album in 18 years.

Venom - Former Members Launch Venom Inc.

My Lament - Band Update, Releasing EP

Belgium's death/doom metal band My Lament have parted ways with vocalist Bert De Visscher back in 2014, and he was replaced by Xavier "Void" De Schuyter (also in Akem Manah). Now the band has given new updates. To celebrate the recording of their 2015 EP Sorrow and the start of a new era of live performances, their latest endeavor is temporarily available for free streaming at this location on their website.
