Eternal Oath - New Video Online

"Fields Of Dreams", the new video from Swedish melodic death metallers Eternal Oath, can now be seen below. The song comes off the band's comeback album, Ghostlands, which was released in June. The Swedes hadn't released new material since 2005's Wither. "Fields Of Dreams" is also the second single from the new album.

Crowbar - Announce New Bassist, Kirk Windstein Leaves Down

This one is a two-in-one. A lot has been happening on the New Orleans sludge metal veterans Crowbar camp lately. The band has announced the addition of bassist Jeff Golden to the group's ranks. Jeff is from Bolton, Connecticut, but currently resides in Estero, Florida. Bassist Patrick Bruders quit the band two months ago. Furthermore, Crowbar's mastermind Kirk Windstein, who was also in Down, is focusing solely on Crowbar now and will be replaced by stage manager/Honky guitarist Bobby Landgraf in the band.

Tarja - Duet With Floor Jansen On Metal Female Voices

Former Nightwish singer Tarja Turunen will share the stage and perform a duet with the band's current touring vocalist Floor Jansen (ReVamp, ex-After Forever) at this year's edition of the Metal Female Voices Fest, set to take place from October 18th-20th at Oktoberhallen in Wieze, Belgium. Tarja and Floor have released a video message regarding their upcoming collaboration which you can watch below.

Primal Fear - Liv Kristine To Guest On New Album

The new Primal Fear album will feature a very special guest: none other than Liv Kristine, Leaves' Eyes singer, who will be singing on the track ''Born With A Broken Heart'' together with frontman Ralf Scheepers. As of now, Jacob Hansen has completed mixing the new album at Hansen Studios in Denmark and the band promises to reveal more about the successor to Unbreakable very soon.

Megadeth - Clip From New DVD Online

Megadeth have just released Countdown To Extinction: Live on Blu-ray, DVD and CD, chronicling last year's tour where they commemorated the classic album's 20th anniversary. Now you can see a full clip of the band performing the title track of the album, "Countdown To Extinction", through the YouTube player below. The show was recorded and filmed at Los Angeles' Fox Theatre last December.

Solstice - New Song Online

British doom metal outfit Solstice has completed their first new recording since 1998's New Dark Age album. Recorded in GM Studios in Huddersfield, the new material will be released as a four-song, 27-minute mini LP entitled Death's Crown Is Victory. The new Solstice track "I Am The Hunter" can now be streamed through the video below.

Sylosis - Involved In RV Crash, Drop Off Tour

British thrashers Sylosis have been forced to drop off their North American tour with Trivium, After The Burial and DevilDriver following a serious RV crash. The news was broken by DevilDriver frontman Dez Fafara but Sylosis have since confirmed that "we are all alive and well!". Earlier this morning, the band explained what happened. This brings to mind what happened to Baroness last year.
