Decapitated - Members Plead Not Guilty To Rape, Kidnapping Charges

After the members of Polish death metallers Decapitated have been formally charged with rape and kidnapping in Spokane County, all four members of the band have now pleaded not guilty to those charges in court Tuesday, in a new update on the case, reported by The Spokesman Review. Marilyn Manson - Twiggy Ramirez Fired Following Rape Accusation

Shortly after bassist Twiggy Ramirez was accused of rape by his former girlfriend Jessicka Addams, Marilyn Manson has fired him from the band. In a short statement, Manson parted ways with Jeordie White and revealed that he will be replaced on the upcoming tour. Marilyn Manson has recently rescheduled cancelled tour dates following a serious stage accident.

Judas Priest - Unveil New Album Title, N. American Tour Dates

Celtic Frost - Bassist Martin Eric Ain Passes Away

According to reports, Celtic Frost bassist and co-founder Martin Eric Stricker has passed away yesterday after a heart attack. The legendary musician formed Celtic Frost with guitarist/vocalist Tom Gabriel Fischer in Zürich, Switzerland, in June 1984 in the ashes of the band Hellhammer, where he also played. He was 50 years old. R.I.P. and condolences to his friends and family.

Marilyn Manson's long-time bassist Twiggy Ramirez (Jeordie White), who also played in Nine Inch Nails and A Perfect Circle, has been accused of rape, according to Variety. Jessicka Addams, lead singer in the band Jack Off Jill and his former girlfriend, detailed the alleged assault in a lengthy Facebook post.

Decapitated - Members Formally Charged With Rape, Release Statement (Update)

UPDATE: Two more members of the Polish death metal band Decapitated have been charged with rape and kidnapping in Spokane. After Wacław Kiełtyka (Vogg) and Michał Łysejko were previously charged with rape and kidnapping, now Rafał Piotrowski and Hubert Więcek, the vocalist and bassist of the band, had their first court appearance in Spokane County on Friday for allegedly participating in a gang rape of a woman on their tour bus in Spokane on August 31st.
