Nightwish - To Start New Tour In North America

Nightwish are taking a year off but they will return with a new tour next year. In March 2018, the symphonic metal legends will begin their 9-month-long "Decades: World Tour 2018" starting with 34 shows in North America. The band will have a very special setlist for the tour, featuring rarely heard material from the earlier era, and they will revisit the old songs with some new twists. To accompany the tour, Nuclear Blast will release a 2CD compilation entitled Decades on the 9th of March 2018.

Kamelot - Announce Tour, New Album In 2018

A few months ago, Kamelot began working on a new studio album to follow Haven. Now, they are returning to the stage as headliners for a North American tour to showcase the new songs. The band will return to North American in April/May 2018 to support their upcoming release on Napalm Records.

Desolate Shrine - Complete New Album

You can start getting ready for a new Desolate Shrine album. The Finnish death metal band is preparing the follow-up to The Heart Of The Netherworld. The new offering, titled Deliverance From The Godless Void, is now completely done and the release date on Dark Descent Records should be announced soon.

Helstar - New Video Released

Kataklysm - Unveil Lyric Video

Canadian death metal outfit Kataklysm will celebrate their 25th band anniversary in 2017 and embark on a big headline tour through Europe in the autumn. Belphegor - Reveal New Album Tracklist And More

Diabolical death/black metallers Belphegor have just released the tracklist of their forthcoming album, Totenritual. It will be released worldwide via Nuclear Blast on September 15th. The record was recorded at Stage One Studios, Germany and Studio Mischmaschine, Austria. It will be mixed by Jason Suecof and the mastering done by Mark Lewis at Audiohammer Studios, Florida.

Ministry - New Album In The Fall

As it turns out, From Beer To Eternity wasn't Ministry's final album after all. The industrial metallers are actually about to release a new one called AmeriKKKant, featuring guest artists DJ Swamp (Beck), Burton C. Bell (Fear Factory), Arabian Prince (NWA), and Lord of the Cello. The album is set for a fall 2017 release date.

Karnivool - Working On New Album

After being quiet for a while, Aussies Karnivool recently announced that they are working on a new album, finally. Asymmetry, their latest full-length, was already released in 2013. The alternative/progressive metallers are producing new sounds and trying to finish album number four. A release date hasn't been set yet but at least now we know that it's coming.

It seems like a new Guns N' Roses album might be in the cards. After reuniting for the Not In This Lifetime tour, the band has been "assembling ideas" for a possible new album, according to guitarist Richard Fortus. Rock Am Ring 2017 - Evacuated After Terrorist Threat, To Resume Today

After being plagued by lightning strikes last year, which injured several people, the German festival Rock Am Ring has faced a terrorist threat yesterday. Crowds at the festival had to be evacuated because of "concrete leads" of a possible terror threat. The fest was interrupted on Friday, the first night of the three-day event but is set to resume today.

Vintersorg - New Song Available Online

How about a new Vintersorg song? The band has delivered and is currently showcasing the new tune "Jökelväktaren" off of Till Fjälls Del II, the sequel to their 1998 album Till Fjälls.
