Born Of Osiris - Premiere New Song

Born Of Osiris have surprised their fans by premiering a brand new song as they begin The Summer Slaughter. The deathcore unit had announced earlier this year that they were working on a new album and now we can hear the first fruits of that labor of love. While they promise that new album details will be revealed soon, for now you can enjoy the first single "Throw Me In The Jungle". Did it spark your interest?

No, this is terrible. I don't know what's up with this band, but this is fucking disappointing. The New Reign and A Higher Place was ok, and I mostly liked Tomorrow..., so this isn't even on Jason being fired. They just flat out suck now.

I don't know what's happened, but they're losing all their technical aspects that made The Discovery so incredible. There were a couple good moments in this song but it's overall a letdown.

TD was a decent album, with real innovation. This is just garbage...

They do seem to be trying to desensitize us by gradually moving from tech death to poppy metalcore. That said, I have liked every album so far in a different way. Not so sure about this one. They may have crossed the line.

Yeah I do think Jason was the primary force behind this band, I just said that they CAN write good stuff without Jason. So Jason's departure cannot be blamed for this turd really.

I never really liked anything they've release other than TD, which I'm guessing was a result of Jason's presence...no way to tell really. Was Jason on A Higher Place? I didn't really like that one...

Pretty disappointed. The last album wasn't bad, but it was a big step backwards from TD. Maybe a bit too early to tell, but if this track is any indication it looks like this will be another step backwards.
