After a new EP last year, The Devil Wears Prada has more music to share now. It's a song called "Daughter" and you can enjoy it below. In other updates, the metalcore band is putting the finishing touches on their new album and have also recently parted ways with drummer Daniel Williams.

Standard modern TDWP. I'm glad to see a lack of breakdowns but the song feels like it ends abruptly and there isn't anything to really help this stand out. Mike's screams are just as bad as in the last album however. 8:18 was very good because of how it focused on his great cleans over his fast-degrading screams. TDWP is one of the bands where I actually prefer their lighter songs over their heavier songs (with some exceptions, like the entirety of Zombie, "Dead Throne", and "Gloom"). If you haven't heard of these guys before, check out Zombie. It's a really fantastic EP, one of the best written works in all of metalcore. Really dark, frantic, and heavy and mixes in samples extremely well. The cleans grow on you after a while. Dead Throne is great too.

Mike's screams sound a bit stressed. His cleans are quite solid though.
