Extreme doom metal bringers from Romania Descend Into Despair stream their newest full length offering Opium in its entirety. The album was officially released yesterday.

Statement from the band: "Join us for our latest journey - one through soaring brightness and bleak obscurity, from a womb of light to a river of forgetfullness, from strings to synths and back again.

"It's been a long and rough ride -- with plenty of ups and downs - yet, now that we're here, we believe that each of the many hours of hard work was worth it. We would like to thank alll of the wonderful people involved in the making of this album; none of this would have been possible without them.

"Last but not least - we would like to thank YOU. We hope that all your love and support will be rewarded by the extra care we put into crafting this release. We tried to bring together the best of both worlds - using only analog instruments for recording together with a thoughtful and clean digital production.
