Yes, I did check it out, it's just my personal opinion. To me, Jailbreak was a really good song due to the following facts: the riffing was simple but crushing, it didn't have as much keyboards (which can be good, but not in this bands case) and the Metalcore-trademark-clean-chorus actually did sound inspired instead of "Well, it has clean singing, how the melody sounds doesn't matter, youngsters will buy it anyway (note that I'm also a youngster)" and finally becouse the singer had this cool rasp in his voice instead of the usual boyband-style (which can also be good, but once again, not in this bands case).
All (I listened to the samples you linked us to) of the new songs (and most of the old) sound like the very most typical, plastic Metalcore-crapfest.

But that's just my opinion...

Enlighten me what extremly KOOL bands u listen to sir and I´ll TRY to understand what you are trying to say, cause atm you are not making any fucking sense at all. I listen to everything may it be butter dripping radio songs to gutting TRUE fucking norweigen black metal and yes I understand and can enjoy it. But Sonic Syndicate stand out and are still way more interesting than any other band in this god forsaken, suffocated and hollowed out genre people call melodic metal or melodic death metal. If you are one of them stubborn diehard lets watch the world in black & white and curse any shades that will ever see the light, I guess I can understand you as well since you will be busy wanking off to music that have bin done over and over and over again everyday and complaining about the god ol´ days that will never come back. But if you don´t see the greatness in this band you are blind sir...
