It could be helpful for listeners that are not fluent or do not speak English.

It's a little different, though. I don't mind seeing English subtitles in foreign music videos. However, choosing words in an intrinsic part of songwriting. It's not just the meaning of the words, it's the choosing sound and rhyming of the words to match with the melody and the music. When you change the words, you also change the sound and the vocal pattern. As an English speaker, I listen to foreign music all the time and I'd never care to hear a foreign song translated into English.
