The album art seems like Metallica's Load captured from a different angle

I nominate this for the MS drama of the year Award.

Poor girl I like her voice, but it's really hard to replace Chester. As a fan since many years I can't imagine the band with another singer.

I would have wished if they got Chino Moreno from Deftones as Live Musician for the old LP songs, and made a new collaboration album with him instead of getting a new singer. Just imagine Chino Moreno singing "Given Up"

Maybe an attempt to avoid constant comparison to Chester? Didn't really work out based on comments I've seen online. I think no matter who they would have picked, they would be under scrutiny though.

What other bands come to mind that have had a frontman pass away, and had the band continue successfully? Acca Dacca?

First got to mind is Decapitated. But I think we can't compare Extreme metal bands with Linkin Park at least IMO.

My question as a Linken Park fan is: do we actually need more Linken Park?

I can speak for myself and say no I don't need more Linkin Park.

But I can understand that the band would like to continue it's legacy and keep making Music and playing the old songs Live under the name of Linkin Park. It's complicated Topic. I wish them the best though.
