Suffocation - Reveal New Album Details


New York death metal veterans Suffocation have set the title of their new album: ?Of The Dark Light. The record will be out on June 9th via Nuclear Blast, according to Red Distribution. The follow-up to 2013's Pinnacle Of Bedlam will mark the band's first release with new guitarist Charlie Errigo (formerly of Pyrexia) and drummer Eric Morotti (Killitorous, Blind Witness).

On May 19th, Suffocation will embark on a full US tour with Morbid Angel that will take them across the country for a month and a half.

Doesn't sound bad, but it seems they let Deeds Of Flesh influence them too much. And I love DOF, but miss a lot that rocky guitar sound and the personality of the band. Let's see what the whole thing brings...
