Progheads this is for you. Distorted Harmony's Utopia is just a brilliant and beautifull album. One of these reminder that Prog is still alive and kicking.

New Pallbearer coming up in august. Heavy, Epic and hypnotic Doom Metal.

Huh, it was released in February, 6 months ago, and is one of the most talked-about doom albums of the year. Is it only now coming to some region, or something? Stellar album anyhow, it's grown on me from the initial "meh" reaction. The first three tracks are massive, though the last two start to drag a bit.

You're probably going to like the three albums I linked above btw. Especially Earthen Grave is very refreshing.

Well, once again I've got to excited and posted without proper research. It's the vynil release of Sorrow and Extinction that is due for August 28. And yeah the links you posted are immense. Will look more into it this weekend.

Found this during one mf my many recent BDM dives on youtube...features Scott Fuller (Abysmal Dawn) on drums and Martin (ex-Decapitated) on bass...

Still haven't listened to that in full... might have to change that at some point. I remember listening to some kind of stream (whether or not it was for the entire album I can't recall) and after about two or three tracks I couldn't bring myself to bother with the rest.

But that cover art makes me want to check it out again, so I'll at least get around to it before the end of the year.

The guys have some grunge in them which shows as big refrains thoughout the album. That mixes with jazzy atmosphere and various influences from the prog metal spectrum. These guys have great taste

What? It's not? I saw it in their official Facebook page. They posted it. Also, so many posts single tracks of upcoming albums in this and previous threads. Nothing is silly about it.

Yeah I know but it gives an idea of how their album is going to sound like. Anyway yeah you're right then. Should just wait for the proper thing to come out.

I was recommended this album in another thread and it's pretty good stuff. This song may not be entirely representative of my comparison but as a whole the album made me think of Terra Tenebrosa...

Yeah I didn't know it was a non-album version track. It wrote there that it's the new single from the upcoming album. Oh well, sorry for all that.

Bah I often post samples of upcoming albums too. No big deal. And Psyko I already did post Necro Deathmort here, but the more they get visibility the better.
