Having listened to the debut yesterday, this is way more approachable and engaging IMO, I found Ever Forthright to just be a sensory overload and draining, but there's enough range in intensity and enough engaging hooks to keep my interest with this album. Probably will end up in the 7.5-8 range depending on how well it holds up to repeat listening
