Yeah, I'm more of a Combichrist/Suicide Commando/Agonoize listener myself, but occasionally I also dig some calmer stuff like Edge of Dawn, Rotersand or VNV Nation. It's great to unwind at the end of the day.

And as it's the end of the day again I still haven't checked out Acylum yet. Might do so tomorrow

I Like the night...I like it spooky...

I've been listening to some Electro/Industrial and Aggrotech. So far this are the bands that I'm liking the most:

VNV Nation's new album is really different but in a good way...they took a lot of time with it and you can really tell...I saw them live a month ago I think and they just blew me away...

I think VNV Nation is one of the worst bands I ever had the misfortune of being subjected to. Terrible in almost every regard. Abuse of watered-down euro-dance (and I mean, how can you water down euro-dance?) cliches mixed with those kitschy kraut vocals. I was fully expecting for some moron to start singing "I'm blue da ba dee da ba die"... Seriously, how can anyone find a VNV Nation album to be worth using as anything more than an impromptu mirror for your trailer-trash crackwhore girlfriend? The only thing VNV Nation excels at is being more derivative than even most 4 to the floor electro-industrial crap.

Jup seriously man you can't compare Effiel 65 with VNV Nation because the latter has more depth and feel to them...and have you ever really tried to compose such music and put it altogether? That was actually a pretty ignorant post...and coming from you I'm pretty shocked and surprised...

I listen to old Dawn of Ashes. Don't know if Angelspit, Terrorfakt and Terrorfrequenz can be considered aggrotech.

Terrorfakt are powernoise (and awesome). I've heard a lot of people talk about Angelspit and the odd song I've heard sounds more like industrial than it does aggrotech. Terrorfrequenz and Dawn of Ashes I've never heard of though.

Don't know much about electro, EBM or whatever but I like a few songs of Grendel and heared a few other things (can't remember title... though german-sounding)

As for noise.... I love Stalaggh !!! Listening the mentally-ill scream like the maniacs they are is exactly the kind of stuff I like when it ain't metal

Grendel's 'Prescription: Medicide' is a great aggrotech album.

Any one heard of Drugzilla ? Found them coz they were linked to Anaal Nathrakh on their fb page and still have to listen a bit more, but it's weird stuff... I like the dude with his mask and that hate forest t-shirt
