The album Andacht is a hidden gem, and should not go unnoticed by those interested in the atmospheric black metal scene.

I miss the mystical power that shivers through your spine and the unconquerable dark triumph that flows through your veins. This is the effect that Lunar Aurora's music produces and its a shame that this vastly underrated band has apparently disbanded. Findling is one of the best black metal songs of all time.

I am not big on black metal but I love this album. Findling is just incredible. Gluck is underrated.

Such a shame they are disbanded, they have such killer sound...

I would argue they had a killer sound up until the immensely disappointing Hoagascht. You could hear the lack of inspiration from the first track, so it doesn't surprise me they decided to call it quits.

but I liked that disappointing album too. In fact that made me to check out their earlier stuffs.

2nd this. I only heard Elixir of Sorrow before listening to Hogascht, and thought the latter was a decent Atmo Black record.

However Elixir of sorrow had a certain "feel" to it, and was played faster and the vocals more stronger in the mix.
