New album from Dragonauta, probably biggest stoner/doom act in Argentina. Holding on for almost 15 years in the local scene.

I don't know if this has already been suggested, but the new Owl album is monstrous ! Bandcamp Esoteric's Jim Nolan's two side projects : 1. Path of Chrion : they label themselves as Atmospheric Metal, the debut EP is coming soon and the track they're streaming on Bandcamp is solid and promising. Bandcamp 2.Terminus : Death Metal. This is a track from the debut EP : Bandcamp

Also in the post/sludge/atmo thread, it's good. Another *ShelsMusic product and produced/mixed by Magnus Lindberg of CoL. Terrific sludge metal. http://shelsmusic.bandcamp.com/album/erlen-meyer HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

De Arma "Lost, Alien & Forlorn" is not (so) bad new project of Frank Allain from Fen. Once again a mix of atmo black and post-rock (Jeez). Swedes are also involved, so expect it to sound like Katatonia combined with previously mentioned Fen. Alcest's faggots also should be pleased.

10.06.2013 - 19:16 Agrimonia is a post metal/sludge metal band from Sweden. The vocalist is female, but she can really scream well. It's really good shit. Their album, Rites of Separation was released on April 30th. Great hardcore vibes with the guitar tone, hardcore vocals but it can pretty melodic at times especially with the solos. It also includes a member of At the Gates.

Lesbian. Now I've got your attention here's a band called Lesbian. Despite the silly name their music appears to be pretty immense, though they seem to be splitting opinions (probably because they're called Lesbian and look like hipsters). Frankly if you can't see through that and realise how incredible this music is then you should go back to loving the new Megadeth and Black Sabbath. Basically they play some form of progressive doom with lacings of psychedelia and some black metal elements. Also: that fucking art. There's more, but not sure it's out to listen to yet.

Woe is a USBM band from philly, having released their third release - Withdrawal which was originally released on April 22nd. It went under the radar for me, but I'm enjoying this album quite a bit. It's pretty raw and straightforward, well produced and a distinct sense of riffy melodicism akin to Nachtmystium. Do yourself a favor and check this out.

Got 3 new black metal recommendations from 3 different continents here, the first being the new Pest album, the second being a new band from Quebec called Neige Éternelle and the third being a cool band from Iran called From The Vastland. Enjoy
