Yeah! They kick ass. Hardcore is not the best term to describe them, most see them as a ''crossover thrash/punk'', but they are brutal enough to confront any Grindcore band face to face.  Their first full-lenght Crucificados Pelo Sistema is fuckin epic, listening to it right now! Btw they are from São Paulo, not Brasilia. Their Myspace page

 Just re-listened to Carniceria Tropical, from a modern and better produced Ratos... not that great, just some good Hardcore/Punk crossover, but Im happy I decided to revisit this album =)
