Massive thanks to Charlotbk for suggesting this Native American BM project. I had the single "Barefoot Ghost Dance On Blood Soaked Soil" on my Bandcamp wishlist for months but hesitated because I was hoping for a soon full-lenght, and then I missed the announcement and totally forgot about it.


I'm curious to see if the rest of the album can keep up with the two singles, because if so, this would be pretty awesome and we'd have a very promising melo/atmo-black AOTY candidate.

Aha! I came across "Barefoot Ghost Dance On Blood Soaked Soil" back in March (can't remember if it was from a link on here or just it popping up on my youtube home page) and was impressed, so favourited it and checked back every now and then to see if anything further was coming, finally there's something - looking forward to it

I discover this band because of Blayne video for Banger Tv, I was blown away by his black metal can’t wait for here the full album and it seem to be a really great dude talk to him a bit and say the vinyl are coming up ! In 2020 Wayfarer, 2021 Stormkeep the hype is real for this one.

Same. I saw that he had CDs and cassettes for sale but was hoping for a later vinyl release so cheers for the heads up.

This is a very good record, the atmosphere takes time to really sink in, but it has some excellent songwriting and some great riff melodies, and I like the native Indian theme too. The sound at times reminds me of Lunar Aurora, especially the vocals.

My favourite black metal release of 2022 thus far. In a month we'll see if the new Gaerea album will push this down to second place

This is good, new kult icon what can work out using native American secrets in the lyrics, killer piece, good abm, good for one man band. I like Starvynth comment about those bands. All can play bm, but how many has knowledge about native tribes as one them. It might be killer and heavy factor to be o e of moder and new kult bands.

Nice melodic black album with great production. Tight all around but seriously derivative. It's going to get overhyped for sure, though I'm torn between a 7 and an 8 on it. The acoustic track could literally be an Agalloch track and you'd never know.

One of those albums where the instrumental tracks are really good and not just fillers. The last song has such a crazy Paradise Lost feel to it.

Phenominal debut.... That progression to blast...wow....amazing...'Prying Open The Jaws Of Eternity' is my favourite and its playing back to back in my playlist.

A very special debut. Not surprised by the award results.

" Barefoot Ghost Dance On Blood Soaked Soil " was my introduction to this band. I like them a lot even if I prefer their first album over the second so far.

Revisited this album. Truly a phenomenal listen.
