Four months ago I made a similar list but I was not satisfied with the result due to the parameters that I set.
This new list will have albums of visible bands with 15 to 19 votes and with a green rating (8.5 and up).

That list starts strong as hell with Num Skull's Ritually Abused and S.D.I.'s Sign Of The Wicked. Both killer Thrash releases, well done.

Also really cool to see Moonlyght's Shining in there, though I prefer their first album this one is very strong too.
