This is a very tasty slice of BM.

Surprisingly good album. Some amazing melodies and I love the singers voice. For some reason bands from slavic regions always seem to have the nastiest singers. I also really appreciate that the album despite the song lenghts is only 41 minutes. I wish more bands would make albums less than 45 minutes as they are just way easier to digest and fully listen to.

Totally agree about album lengths being too long these days. If you immediately want to spin the album again, that's a good sign.

It's the same with gig lengths for me. About 1 hour 20 and leave the audience gagging for more.

I was literally thinking this today as I was looping my favorite song from this record over and over, W Pogoni Za Wiarą. One of these days I'm going to literally listen to every popular Polish black metal band, their scene is just too good. I think this album is definitely better than its current score, I'd probably give it an 8.4. However, the more I've listened, the more I like it so I imagine that score is liable to go a bit higher. It's not Mgla but then again, who the fuck is

Addendum: So I've looped this album a good ten more times since my last review, it's at least an 8.6
Addendum 2: I would also like to point out that this is the same incredible drummer from Odraza

I would love to understand the lyrics of this album. Sadly I can't speak the language. This album is really good. With every song touching almost the eight minute mark, it feels like there is a rise and an ebb to every song, when it reaches the middle the song peaks and that's when it sounds the most magnificent.
