Wasn't particularly impressed by their first album, this one definitely seems like a significant improvement, I may have to revisit both albums to see if my opinion on either changes.

Every release just gets better.

This is incredible. I love Of Rot And Ruin but they've found another level here.

Very close to giving this a 9, just need another listen. I feel they are doing something very similar to Rivers of Nihil here, but on another level.

I had a gut feeling that this album would be a great one after listening to the first few minutes into the first song, and my gut feeling was right, it's a real cracker! I would say this is right up there with Immolation for a real death metal aoty contender.

This album is obviously a brutal one, but the slower sections add a real dark and sinister vibe, and an evil atmosphere that makes this album quite unique, the deep heavy bass sounds great, the drum work is excellent, the riffs are good, but nothing memorable, the songwriting is decent, the album flows well, and the vocals too are good.
It's not a masterpiece by my standards, but it's still an excellent album.

I was more referring to the 'much better than Immolation' part. I might even like the Hath better, it is fantastic, but both are outstanding

Old school death metal is not my favorite thing but this album just clicked, it's brutal, it's epic, it's melodic, it's a real headbanger. I appreciate the variety on riffs, vocals and tempo, the perfectly measured transitions between fast and slower parts. Although it's a very cohesive album, every track has its own approach and always offers something new. Outstanding musicianship.

Rating: LOVE 🤍🤍 but may become worship pretty soon

Love this album. Also really like the artwork.

Death metal with beautiful riifs and melodies. Even though i dont listen much DM, the ratings and reviews made me listen to this and I dont regret it.

The non-sludge version Slugdge. Very nice.
