An excellent album with a great singer. Good use of electronics. Together with the Hath album, best albums of the year so far.

Something different from pelagial records: solid post-metal that does without the usual hardcore screams. Spotless electronics too, as mentioned above.

Very creative, with some cool lyrics, and nice synth atmospherics, especially the build up on the final song, but for me this album is highlighted by it's excellent bass work. I like it but at times I find it a wee bit frustrating, there were parts that were a little too slow and dreary for me, and the melodies seem a little bland imo, nothing wrong with the vocals though, they were good. It's certainly one I need to be in the right mood for to fully appreciate I guess, a little like Tool in that regards.
