I've been meaning to start a 2022 list for quite a while, so here is the start of it. These are the albums that impressed me. I will update the list, obviously a work in progress.

new album from the German heavy-prog veterans, I didn't know they still existed. let alone do solid music

Work in progress (obviously), I will comment on the albums not on MS. There are a lot of albums I want to listen to, I'll list them and then see who'll make the 2022 list.

I'll take this opportunity to say once again that it gets handy for me to check out releases from such lists that go off my radars. 2022 has been hefty on me. Changed the job. Priorities changed. Soon will open my own business. Migrated entirely to a new metro city. Kudos to you & all who invest time and energy to compile such captivating lists.
