Gore has never been so perfect! Finally we receive a good follow-up to "Mondo Medicale". While Impaled's "Death After Life" was, in a couple of levels, interesting and decent, it wasn't what everyone was expecting - it ended up being a mellow side of what the band had released in the past and all of a sudden they started sounding like a medium class Death Metal band... It's not quite as brutal as the album cover suggests, I was generally surprised just how tame it sounds, It's actually quite technical and melodic too. It's quite a fun listen, and one of their best I would say.
