Wow, I want this album. Listened to Necroticus on youtube, it kills!

I like Bathory's old albums (until BFD incl) but their Thrash Metal albums are utter crap.

I bought this album when it came out years ago and it ended in the garbage bin.

All the songs in octagon looks like the same and the guitars are weird.
This one has, at least, different beats.

Hey, the lyrics in Octagon are the worst in bathory discography. Clearly, Quorthon can't describle the mind of a psychopath. Both albums has similar sound, but more produced and audible in Requiem. And while both albums deal with contemporany/social problems, Requiem is more "Direct to the point"

Qyorthon was brave to experiment, he might play hair metal and flower metal and be ''good'', but this is not epic staff waht I love, as thrash its good but there are better, but comparing whit 1-2-3(in order) studio albums, this has good studio sound mixing and mastering
