Catamenia are one of those bands that still goes unnoticed in many places and overlooked by many Metalheads, that was exactly the case with your humble servant here, I listened some Catamenia albums in some friends house while drinking and such, but I can't say I ever sat down and listen thoroughly a Catamenia album, until now. Still a decent release but unfortunately, covering other bands (Satyricon, then W.A.S.P. and later on Faith No More) on regular albums is not always a good sign. In this case, I believe that Catamenia lost their faith in their own bearing and influence. Showing tribute by covering prestigious idols is not a good idea if you are still struggling hard to gain major attention for your own band...
