This album took a while to grow on me, I think the first song is the reason.
First song doesn't really grab my attention, but the songs progressively improve and has a strong finish.
I need to check out their other releases!

They found a middle ground between Obscura and the two album before it and produced this. I would have preferred if they continued in the same vein as Obscura but I can appreciate something only a little less intense.

I prefer the weirdness of previous album Obscura, but FWTH is still an excellent Gorguts record in its own right. Some of my favourite Gorguts songs here, which are the title track and "Elusive Treasures".
