Finally listening to the song. Could quite possibly be the most unremarkable death metal song ever made. It's neither good, nor bad. Not even sure if it exists.

Cool album.. Need more stuff from these guys. The album overall is a satisfying listen throughout a number of sick and beautiful genres.

Yes very unremarkable stuff this, another one of those doom that just sounds good with quality production but no soul or life with the songwriting. Whether you consume it as doom or consume it as death, it doesn't work at all

The comments here strike me as a bit harsh; nonetheless, the best way to describe this would be "partially neutered diSEMBOWELMENT"
that said, as you can see in the "Best One-and-done" list in my sig, diSEMBOWELMENT is nearly perfect and one of the best albums ever released.
That is crushingly heavy and cavernously intense.
This is heavy and intense yet doesn't have the oomph that Transcendence has, due in no small part to production which cleans up too much of the filth.
Still a solid worthwhile offering, 7.4/10
