I've been following this band since their demo's and they've gotten, imo, progressively worse. Although they've gotten a lot more accessible, I'm liking their sound less and less as they evolve. Right up until Omnicide they were my favorite band in the brutal scene.

I enjoy this album so it's not that I think it's bad. But compared to what they used to be, this is very different. Some might find it easier to digest however so hopefully they bring in new fans.

This is the first of their albums that I listened to and I fuckin' loved it. I don't fall in the trap of comparing older albums anymore. I either like something or I don't. There's so much metal to go around nowadays I can't complain. \m/
