I always think Melodeath when I think of Bodom but any from their classic run up to Are You Dead Yet would be high in mine as well

Plus Visions, Crystal Logic, Dark Connection, the first two Masterplan albums, Awaken the Guardian, Crisis in Utopia, Thane to the Throne, and Bringer of Pain. If you count extreme power, then Wintersun and virtually any Bodom.

Most Blind Guardian albums, Invictus, Art of Life, Secrets of the Magick Grimoire, the Manowar classics, To the End, Tales From the North, and of course any Sabaton album.
