Frank Mullen (born January 1970) is the singer of New York brutal death metal band Suffocation, and met fellow bandmates Mike Smith and Terrance Hobbs in high school. He is widely recognized at the forefront of low-pitched vocals in death metal. His approach on 'Effigy of the Forgotten' could be considered to be the "blueprint" for the death growls we know today. Lyrically, his work has covered a range of topics.

Frank has a daughter, Rayna Mullen, who is also a singer.
