Nazgûl is an Melodic metal band from Rochester NY. It was started as a black metal solo project by Josh Mason, however has since progressed into a full band with more melodic/Symphnic style metal. More recently the music has been experimenting with a more avant garde style, while still sticking with the darker side of music. The music of Nazgûl takes various inspirations from a wide variety of bands such as Arcturus, Unexpect, Cynic, Vintersorg, Wintersun and many more.
