Shaping up nicely with the weakest bands confirmed up till now being WASP and Tankard, don't know Alpha Tiger so can't judge that one.
I doubt WASP will play The eternal Idol entirely.
you mean "The Crimson Idol".. that's a Sabbath album you're talking about
well, aside from in 1992 they did it when touring in 2007 for the 15th anniversary of the album (complete with showing the full videos of all the songs in the background screens, though one might argue it was because The Neon God wasn't that much of a success), i guess if they plan to do it now, and combined with the success of their brilliant last album (they're still touring in support of it 2 years later and not showing too much signs of wanting to write a new one), it would mean a huge boost in popularity.
i was actually looking at the setlist of the 2007 tour, and they played the whole album, and then just another 4 songs, when i thought "wait, why only those 4 extra songs? what about their biggest masterpieces like Chainsaw Charlie, The Idol, Arena of Pleasures? oh wait."
either way, both WASP shows i've been to last year have been completely over the top emotional rollercoasters, and even though they play a criminally short setlist every time, they do it so professionally and dead-on accurate like it's nothing (especially Doug Blair)
