haha - Nottingham is the closest bit city where there is a good venue.. so it is the place I have to go when I want to see a good band.
it's just the worst part is getting back to Lincoln after the show.. usually it is something like £50 in a taxi

by the time the show is over there are no busses or trains or anything.. so it is either get a taxi, or stay in the train station all night.. and in Nottingham I dont like that idea. hahaha

haha, I wouldn't leave early..
waiting with a friend wouldnt be as bad but I waited with a friend all night at the Derby train station after the Bloodstock Indoor festival last year and that was hell.. hahaha
I hate staying up all night waiting for a train

You don't have chavs in your country. And clubs generally suck arse. Even metal ones.

I'm an aussie coming over to the UK for a while and i'm gonna have NO idea how i'm gonna get back from the gig to where i am staying in rutland. Am i gonna have to fork out the cash for a cab?

probably.. thats always the problem with me. it is about the same distance as where I live from Nottingham though so if you get the taxi booked in advance then it would probably cost you £50 or so.. so get some people to come with you if you can and split the fee..
