On February 28th 2025, the veteran thrashers Hirax will put out their new studio album entitled Faster Than Death. It was produced, mixed and mastered by Max Norman. The song called "Relentless", which has already been released on the group's 2024 EP Faster Than Death, can be listened via Bandcamp player.

German thrash metal legends Exumer will embark on a headlining tour across Europe this August with Hirax, dubbed the 'Scorching Europe 2024' tour. The tour comes in anticipation of Hirax's upcoming album Faster Than Death, while Exumer are presently working on the follow-up to 2019's Hostile Defiance. Both music outputs are planned for release sometime this year.

Californian thrash metal veterans Hirax have announced that they will begin recording their new album next month at Beach Avenue Studio. The four-piece is currently in the final stages of demoing. This will mark the band's first full length album since 2014's Immortal Legacy. It will also be the first record to feature the current line-up of longtime vocalist Katon de Pena and new members Neil Metcalf (guitars), Chris Aguirre (bass) and Danny Walker (drums).

This trek will see Hirax promote their long-awaited new album, which will be their first since 2014's Immortal Legacy and is slated to be released later this year.
