Leprous - Second Song Released From New Album

The Norwegian members of the progressive metal elite, Leprous, have shared with us a second song from their upcoming album, Malina, due to be released on August the 25th via InsideOutMusic. The song, titled "Stuck", has been released in the form of a Radio Edit on YouTube while the full version was released on iTunes and other streaming services. Check out the video clip below.

Orange Goblin - Writing New Album, Coming In 2018

Stoner metallers Orange Goblin have finally officially announced that the writing process has begun for a brand new album, slated for release in Spring 2018. The new record will be their first for the Candlelight Records since being acquired by Spinefarm Records/Universal and will be recorded early next year at Orgone Studios in the UK with producer Jaime Gomez Arellano (Ghost, Cathedral, Paradise Lost, Angel Witch).

Cannibal Corpse - Complete New Album, Announce Tour

Cannibal Corpse have shared two important pieces of news today. This November, the legendary death metallers will kick off a USA tour in support of their upcoming, untitled full-length, which is due out this fall. The trek also features Power Trip and Gatecreeper. See below for all dates. Cannibal Corpse released their 13th studio album, A Skeletal Domain, in 2014 via Metal Blade Records and the band's new album - which was recorded at MANA Recording Studios with producer/engineer Erik Rutan (Cannibal Corpse, Soilent Green, Belphegor, Hate Eternal) - promises to be another aggressive, powerful record in their catalog.

Wintersun - Launch Video For 'Awaken From The Dark Slumber (Spring)'

Finnish Wintersun just dropped their highly anticipated record, The Forest Seasons. No full song or video had been released so far, but on the day of release, the lyric video for the 14-minute epic "Awaken From The Dark Slumber (Spring)" was launched on Jari Mäenpää's personal YouTube channel. The Forest Seasons consists of four lengthy tracks that reflect - as the name implies - the four seasons. Spring being the first. Check out the song below.

Forgotten Tomb - Finish Recording New Album

Italian black/doom metallers Forgotten Tomb have finished recording their new album, We Owe You Nothing. It will include 6 songs for approximately 40 minutes of music and is due in fall 2017 on Agonia Records. The album recording sessions started in December 2016 with drums being tracked at Big Pine Creek studio in Italy, but were abruptly interrupted when singer/guitarist Ferdinando "Herr Morbid" M. was involved in a life-threatening car accident that left him unable to play for months. Recording sessions were resumed and completed in May 2017 at SPVN Studio in Italy, while mix and mastering were done in June 2017 at Planet-Z studio by Chris "Zeuss" Harris.

Wolves In The Throne Room - Premiere New Song And Video

If you are curious about the new Wolves In The Throne Room record, recently revealed to be titled Thrice Woven, today is the day you can hear the first song from it. The song that the atmospheric black metallers decided to showcase is "Born From The Serpent's Eye". The album version of the tune is ten minutes long, with a middle section sung by Anna Von Hausswolff. But for this video, directed by metal documentarians Peter Beste and Nico Poalillo, the band gives us four-and-a-half minutes. Notably, this is also their first ever video.

Ukrainian atmospheric black metal veterans Drudkh are streaming a new song from the limited 12" split EP with Swiss underground one-man act Paysage d'Hiver. Children Of Bodom - Announce N. American Tour

Children Of Bodom are returning to the States this fall for a celebration of 20 years since the debut of Something Wild and the beginning of the Hate Crew. The 24-date tour will kick off on October 31st in Dallas, Texas with appearances at this year's Ozzfest Meets Knotfest, 7 Canadian dates before concluding in Montreal on December 1st. Joining the band on the momentous occasion are Dutch masters of horror Carach Angren, Finnish thrashers Lost Society and New Jersey progressive technical death metallers Uncured.

Ozzfest Meets Knotfest - Ozzy Osbourne, Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie And More Confirmed

The festival Ozzfest Meets Knotfest is returning this year and the line-up has been unveiled. Ozzy Osbourne, Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Deftones, Children Of Bodom, Baroness are leading the two-day metal fest. Despite the festival's name, Slipknot will curate but not perform at this year's festivities. Ozzfest Meets Knotfest will take place on November 4th and 5th at San Bernardino, California's Glen Helen Amphitheater.
