Insomnium - Joining Ensiferum On Their European Tour
Insomnium will be the special guests and accompany Ensiferum on their European tour next year. Post-metallers Last Minute To Jaffna have joined the Argonauta Records roster. Born in Torino (Italy) in 2005, the band released their first EP in 2006. With their 2008 debut album Volume I, they marked a better refinement of their own music style, also touring intensively throughout Europe, even opening for Isis at Torino's main independent festival. Now, the new album Volume II is set to be released in the beginning of 2015. It was recorded and mixed by Lorenzo Stecconi (Ufomammut) and mastered by Collin Jordan (Yob, Corrections House, Minsk).

The Ape Of God is actually two new albums with the same album title but each a different album with their own tracklist. They are to be treated as two separate albums. Both albums are their own entities. The confusing part is that they recorded a fake version of the album for the press. Well, that's commitment! If you have the promotional version, you might end up with three different albums in the end. This should bring some publicity to the record.

Within Temptation - Release Clip From Upcoming DVD
Recently, the Dutch symphonic group Within Temptation announced their new DVD/Blu-ray/2CD, Let Us Burn - Elements & Hydra Live In Concert, set for release on November 14th. The band is now lifting the veil a little bit more and shares the "Covered By Roses" performance clip, which was recorded live at the Heineken Music Hall in May 2014. The video showcases a mix of both shows: their 2012, 15th birthday Elements concert and the final night of the Hydra European arena tour at Amsterdam's Heineken Music Hall in May 2014.

Napalm Death - Guitarist Mitch Harris To Miss Upcoming Shows
Birmingham grindcore titans Napalm Death have announced that their guitarist Mitch Harris will skip the band's upcoming shows due to "illness within his family". Understandably, Mitch Harris will not be performing with the band in the near future and the group will bring in guitarists to replace him. However, they haven't revealed their identities yet. Napalm Death are about to release a new album Apex Predator - Easy Meat and will tour in North America with Voivod next year around the time of the album release.

The American group SOiL just announced on their Facebook page that their frontman Ryan McCombs (ex-Drowning Pool) is currently in the hospital recovering from a stroke. They wish him a speedy recovery. Thankfully, it was caught early and didn't happen while they were on the road with limited access to things. Ryan has also posted an update and he is doing better.
