Wolfchant - Ink Deal With NoiseArt, Reveal New Album Artwork

German pagan metal warriors Wolfchant have signed a deal with NoiseArt Records and Rock The Nation Booking. The band will release their fifth studio album entitled Embraced By Fire on March 1st, 2013. This is the follow-up to the 2011 Massacre Records release Call Of The Black Winds. The album's artwork can be seen below.

Max Cavalera - Announces New Project

According to an interview with Vicious Volume, a metal radio show in Singapore, Max Cavalera (ex-Sepultura, Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy) is forming yet another project whose confirmed line-up so far features Greg Puciato (The Dillinger Escape Plan), Troy Sanders (Mastodon) and Dave Elitch (ex-The Mars Volta). This promising supergroup hopes to end the writing process on December and enter the studio next year.

Exhumed - Denied Entry Into Canada, Cancel Dates In Montreal And Toronto

Entering Canada has been rough for a few bands lately. Now Exhumed also had the same problem. The band didn't perform at Montreal last night because they were denied entry into the country. The band will also miss tonight's show in Toronto and perform in Buffalo, NY, instead. These Canadian shows were part of a North American tour with Municipal Waste and Napalm Death.
