Earth - New Album Details Revealed, New Song Online
Following the release of Angels Of Darkness, Demons Of Light I in February 2011, US drone doom metallers Earth have now announced the details of a new album, the 2nd installment of the series, which will be titled Angels Of Darkness, Demons Of Light II. The new album will be released by Southern Lord in North America on February 14th in CD, LP and digital download.

Cannibal Corpse - New Album Details & Single Streaming
Tampa-based death metal legends Cannibal Corpse will unleash their twelfth studio offering on March 13th via Metal Blade Records. Aptly titled Torture, the follow-up to 2009's Evisceration Plague offers up 12 tracks of maniacally precise, soul-searing death metal.
Torture was again produced by Hate Eternal's Erik Rutan at his own Mana Recording Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida as well as Sonic Ranch in Tornillo, Texas, and features the maniacal cover art by longtime Cannibal Corpse artist, Vincent Locke.

Borknagar - New Album Details Revealed
Norwegian melodic black metallers Borknagar have finalized mixing duties for their upcoming studio album with Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios (Opeth, Paradise Lost, Katatonia, etc.) in Sweden and have now checked in to announce that their new effort will be titled Urd and is to be released on March 26th, 2012 in Europe as well as March 27th, 2012 in North America via Century Media Records.

Ronnie James Dio's widow Wendy Dio has revealed that she will be putting together a tribute album to honor one of the greatest metal legends that ever lived, her husband. So far, names such as Rob Halford (Judas Priest), Lemmy Kilmister (Motörhead), Ian Gillan (Black Sabbath), Alice Cooper, Glenn Hughes (Black Sabbath), Sebastian Bach (Skid Row), Chris Jericho (Fozzy) and Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) have promised to take part of the tribute, planned to be released until the end of the year.

Finnish symphonic metallers Nightwish will release the second single "The Crow, The Owl And The Dove" off the album Imaginaerum, on February 29th via Nuclear Blast Records. You can pre-order it at this location. Along with the title track, the single will include a previously unreleased song called "The Heart Asks Pleasure First".
