After releasing a video for the song "Lost In Translation", which appears on the second disc of the album, now a video for "Small Dark Lines" gets the honour. This song is featured on the first disc. British progressive band Threshold have long been teasing an upcoming album, and now the band released details about the upcoming release. The album called Legends Of The Shires will be the band's very first double album. It is set to be released through Nuclear Blast Records on September 8th 2017. The artwork was made by Russian artist Elena Dudina and the tracklist is featured below as well. And to top all that, the band also released the first single of the album with the accompanying video. The 10 minute spanning track "Lost In Translation" can be enjoyed here.

Changes are afoot in Threshold. The progressive metallers have parted ways with vocalist Damian Wilson. The band has chosen to start a new chapter without him and he has told them he respects their decision. It looks like it was a one-sided decision. Threshold's new (old) frontman will be Glynn Morgan, the band's former vocalist from 1994 to 1996. Morgan appeared on the group's 1994 album Psychedelicatessen and returned to work with the band in 2008 to record tracks for the singles box set Paradox.

British progressive metal band Threshold have been working on their 11th full-length album and today they announced on their website that the album is scheduled to be released this autumn. The album name, Legends Of The Shires, was already announced last December. Furthermore, an accompanying tour will kick off upcoming November as well, in which Threshold will visit The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Supporting Threshold on their Legends Of The Shires tour are Damnation Angels and Day Six. Both bands have played with Threshold in the past.

They are currently recording their 11th record at Thin Ice Studios in England, a new concept album that will be called Legends Of The Shires.
