Almah - Announce New Album

Brazilians Almah have just revealed the details regarding the fifth album of their career. It's called E.V.O and drops on September 23rd via King Records (Japan), Pride & Joy (Europe), Test Your Metal (U.S./Canada/Mexico) and MS Metal Records (Brazil). The metallers fronted by former Angra singer Eduardo "Edu" Falaschi have also revealed the album cover art and tracklist. Check it out.

Lamb Of God - Release 'Embers' Music Video

Last year, Lamb Of God returned with a successful new album entitled VII: Sturm Und Drang. Since then, the thrashers have been touring in support of it. But they have also produced a new video for their fans. The story behind the song "Embers" is very personal for guitarist Mark Morton. The lyrics of the song reflect his experience living in the aftermath of losing his child. The track also features Deftones frontman Chino Moreno.

Ozzy Osbourne - Sued By Bob Daisley For 'Crazy Train' Unpaid Royalties

Another blow for Ozzy. Apart from receiving treatment for sex addiction and the problems in his marriage with Sharon Osbourne after it was revealed he had been having an affair with his hairdresser, former Ozzy Osbourne bassist Bob Daisley has sued the musician and his Blizzard Music Limited for fraud, accusing the heavy metallers of withholding more than $2 million in unpaid royalties. Daisley has sued Osbourne several times for his work with the musician throughout the Eighties. The dispute centers around the royalties for the song "Crazy Train", which was originally released in 1980. Daisley has a songwriting credit on the track, along with the late guitarist Randy Rhoads. Daisley is seeking monetary damages, as well as punitive damages, while the complaint is also seeking a full accounting of Osbourne and Blizzard's books.

Soilwork - Announce Tour With Unearth, Wovenwar

As they prepare to unleash the special collection of rarities Death Resonance, Soilwork will also embark on a new North American tour. The Swedes will headline the Fury Tour, featuring support from a heavyweight line-up - Unearth, Wovenwar, Battlecross and Darkness Divided.
