Sinister - Streaming New Song

Body Count - Reveal New Album Details And Guests

In case you didn't know yet, Body Count are about to release a new album. Ice-T and company will give us Bloodlust on March 31st via Century Media Records. And there's a ton of guests! Megadeth's Dave Mustaine, Max Cavalera (Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy) and Lamb Of God's Randy Blythe are all guests on the album. Additionally, the record contains a Slayer medley that features both "Raining Blood" and "Postmortem".

DragonForce - Reveal New Album Cover, Title

Khôrada - Former Agalloch And Giant Squid Musicians Unite

After John Haughm formed Pillorian, the other members of the defunct Agalloch have recently formed Khôrada. It emerges from the dissolution of Agalloch and Giant Squid, featuring former Agalloch members Don Anderson (guitar), Jason Walton (bass) and Aesop Dekker (drums) alongside ex-Giant Squid guitarist/vocalist Aaron John Gregory. The quartet has announced that it has signed with Prophecy Productions and is currently writing and demoing material for its as-yet-untitled debut album.

Antropomorphia - Launches New Single

On February 24th, Antropomorphia returns with their latest collection of gospels of the obscene, the new album Sermon Ov Wrath. For a preview of the album, the new single, "Crown Ov The Dead" (featuring guest vocals by Dool's Ryanne van Dorst), can be heard right here. Featuring artwork by 13 Candles Tattoo/Madeleine Hoogkamer, the record was once again recorded at drummer Marco Stubbe's Aftermath Studio, and then mastered by Tore Stjerna at Necromorbus Studio.

Blastfest 2017 - Cancelled

As it turns out, Blastfest 2017 has been cancelled. The Norwegian festival was set to take place this February in Bergen featuring artists including Devin Townsend, Leprous, Between The Buried And Me, and Katatonia but due to the lack of ticket sales, the organizers have pulled the plug on it. Last year, Peste Noire were removed from the bill due to antifascist groups pressures.

Hideous Divinity - New Album Cover And More Revealed

Italian death metallers Hideous Divinity are preparing to unleash their third full-length via Unique Leader this spring. Titled Adveniens and scheduled for release on April 28th, the follow-up to the band's Cobra Verde long player was recorded, mixed and mastered at Stefano Morabito's 16th Cellar Studio (Hour Of Penance, Fleshgod Apocalypse, etc.) during the Autumn of 2016, and includes a rendition of Sinister's "Embodiment Of Chaos." Metallica - Postpone Tonight's Copenhagen Show, Hetfield On Vocal Rest

Metallica's string of shows in Denmark isn't exactly going according to plan. The band was forced to abbreviate their set on February 3rd in Copenhagen after frontman James Hetfield said he was ill and they now postpone tonight's show in Denmark because the singer has been put on vocal rest. The metallers still have two shows at the Royal Arena on the 7th and 9th of February and promise to give updates on that soon.

Hypothermia - Working On New Album

The Moth Gatherer - Releasing New EP

Sweden's sludge/post-metallers The Moth Gatherer will release a new EP titled The Comfortable Low on March 31st via Agonia Records. Sound-wise, the EP will be a nod towards the band's debut album, A Bright Celestial Light (2013), and a wink towards their hardcore and electronic side, with a guest appearance by Dennis Lyxzén (Refused/INVSN) and Fred Burman (Satan Takes A Holiday).

Suicide Silence - Debut New Track 'Silence'

Suicide Silence have released another song off their anticipated self-titled new album which is set to be released on February 24th, 2017 through Nuclear Blast Entertainment. Temple Of Baal - To Release New Split

On March 31st, three French black metal acts, VI, Temple Of Baal and The Order Of Apollyon, will find their way into the winter-chilled turntables, thanks to a new split release. Divided into three chapters, the recording will feature one brand new song from each of the bands, with a playing time nearing 25 minutes. The split will be available on Agonia Records and will feature a cover made by Above Chaos (Inquisition, Melechesh, Hellfest Festival).
